The Silver Knight of Thunder and Lightning

The first Silver Knight of the Apocalypse commands the power of
thunder and lightning.  He hails from the northernmost point of the
Universe, and rides a black horse.  His weapon is a sword made of
black lightning, and his shield is an impenetrable black cloud.  When
hit, his shield unleashes a boom of thunder that could awaken the
dead.


     The Silver Knight of Fire

The Silver Knight of Fire hails from the westernmost point of the
Universe, and commands all of fire.  His steed is made of blue, red,
and white fire.  His silver armor is coated with fire, and his shield
is made of brimstone.  When hit, it unleashes a stream of fire that
incinerates anything it touches.  His weapon is his mace, which is
made of red fire.  It hits objects like a regular mace, with the
added touch of that burning sensation.


The Silver Knight of Air and Water

The Silver Knight of Air and Water hails from the easternmost point
of the Universe.  He commands air and water.  His steed is also made
of water.  His shield and sword are both made of unbreakable ice, and
if touched by either, an object or person will be frozen.  After
being frozen, a person has about 12 minutes before they die.  


       The Silver Knight of Hate

The Silver Knight of Hate hails from the southernmost point of the
Universe.  He has no steed, but he is the only knight who can
teleport.  His weapon is a chain made of pure hate.  His shield is
not always visible, as it is a barrier that can be called upon to
protect him.  However, this barrier will only protect the front and
back, not the sides. 

   The Silver Knight of the Moon

The Silver Knight of the Moon hails from the dark side of the moon,
and has a shadow colored steed.  He has no weapon, but he does have a
staff.  Atop it is an orb, used to control darkness.  His tactic is
mainly to make it too dark for a human to see, and then let the other
knights pummel their opponents to death.  He commands all of the
Silver Knights of the Apocalypse.


It is said that all the knights can fuse together to create the
ultimate form of destruction.  Not much is known about it, except
that it controls all of the powers of the aforementioned knights.
That, and it is seemingly invincible.....

The Silver Knights

All of the Sailor Soldiers were gathered at an old temple.  It was
not Rei's temple.  Rather, it was the nearly forgotten temple.
Forgotten by time, forgotten by people, forgotten by all.  All,
except for the Sailor Soldiers.  This temple had existed in the
Silver Millennium, and was where many once gathered to worship their
gods.  These gods were the also known as the Silver Knights, mystical
beings said to be able to bring about the Apocalypse.  The ancients
believed that, if worshipped properly, they would let the world keep
on turning.  The religion died out during the attack by Queen Beryl.
She had been able to kill all who believed in the Silver Knights.
And centuries later, the temple was once again the center of
attention.  Only this time, the attention was not good.  The battle
was going to decide the fate of humanity.

The Sailor Soldiers were gathered there to fend off the Silver
Knights. The coming of the knights, prophecized so long ago, was
finally happening. But, there was the added twist of the Sailor
Soldiers, trying to keep the world turning.  It would, in all
likelihood, be something that was impossible.

"All right guys," Sailor Mars said.  "This is probably going to kill
us all.  If anyone wants to back out, now is the time."

"Sailor, Mars, you know we're all in this together, right to the very
end. No matter how bitter that end is," said Sailor Moon.  It was
amazing at how she had matured over the years.

"Right," said Sailor Mercury.

"Yeah, we're in this together!" exclaimed Jupiter.

"That's right," said Prince Darien.  He thought, since he was facing
knights, he should be in this form, where he had access to a sword.

"Well, this is it," said Venus.  She knew in her heart that the
SilverKnights were coming.

The Sailor Soldiers heard a small rumbling in the distance.  They
looked up to see 4 horsemen, riding in the sky!  They saw a horse of
fire, a horse of water, and 2 horses of black.  Trailing slightly
behind was a knight with no horse.  He was merely floating right
behind.  In only a matter of minutes, they were on the earth's
surface.The one with a staff was the one to speak.

"Well, who are you?"

"We are the Sailor Soldiers, the champions of justice, love, and
peace!" replied Sailor Moon.  "And I take it you are the Silver
Knights?"

"That would be us.  And we're here to do our job of destroying all
life on this planet."

"Well," said Sailor Jupiter, "you know what?  We're here to do our
job of stopping you."

"Well then, let's see which of us does our job better then!"  The
Silver Knight of the Moon rode back up to the rest of the Silver
Knights.  Soon, each knight was facing a Sailor Soldier, and heading
toward her.  The Silver Knight of Fire was on Mars, Water on Mercury,
and so on.

"What, no one for me?" Prince Darien said sarcastically.  The Silver
Knight of the Moon shot a dark beam at Prince Darien.  The beam
surrounded him in total blackness.

"I'll come back for you," said the Silver Knight of the Moon.  The
battle that commenced was one that was long and hard.  For both
sides, the battle seemed to be without end.  Whenever a Sailor
Soldier would attack their foe, it blocked or dodged, and vice versa.

"This... is... getting... really... old..." Sailor Mars gasped after
about an hour of fighting. 

"We have to find a weakness somewhere!" shouted Venus.

"Wait!  I have an idea!"  Sailor Mercury managed to get away from the
Silver Knight of Air and Water.  She focused in on the Silver Knight
of Fire.  "Shine Aqua Illusion!"

The attack sped toward its target, and when contact was made, there
was a sizzling sound, and steam began flying out from the impact.
The fire horse diminished to nothing, leaving only the Silver Knight.

"All right!  Now, let's do it!" shouted Sailor Moon.  Mars attacked
the Silver Knight of Air and Water.  Jupiter attacked the Silver
Knight of Hate, while Venus attacked the Silver Knight of Thunder and
Lightning.  The strategy worked like a charm.  The Silver Knights
were rendered powerless. Only the Silver Knight of the Moon remained
at full.

"All right knights!  Let's get serious now!" shouted the Silver
Knight of the Moon.

"Right!" bellowed the rest of the Silver Knights.  They all
surrounded the Silver Knight of the Moon, and in a brilliant flash of
light, they became one.  Prince Darien was freed from his prison, as
the power needed to keep the barrier up was lost in the combination.
The new Silver Knight was nearly ten feet tall, and very much bigger
in all aspects.  The left arm was made of fire, and the right arm was
made of water.  The left leg was made of lightning, and the right leg
was made of blackness.  The body and head was that of the Silver
Knight of the Moon.

"Okay...." said Sailor Mars.  "Let's rock."  The Silver Knight, which
was called the Doomsday Knight, formed two swords.  One of fire, one
of ice.  He began swing wildly, hitting all of the Sailor Soldiers,
except Sailor Moon.  He also missed Prince Darien.

"OK, that's it!" Prince Darien snarled.  He leaped toward the
Doomsday Knight, unsheathed his sword, and slashed the knight, all in
one motion.  The blow landed on the stomach of the Doomsday Knight.

"You will pay for that!"  The knight slashed wildly at Prince Darien,
who dodged each swing by a side-flip or back-flip.  Prince Darien was
once again able to hit the knight with his sword, in the same place
as before. 

"You will never be able to defeat me!  I will see the destruction of
you all, as well as this entire planet!"  The Doomsday Knight slashed
even more wildly, in a frenzied effort to rid himself of Prince
Darien. Then, somehow, Prince Darien noticed something.  It was a
small, glowing spot on the Doomsday Knight's forehead. "Sailor Moon!
Look at his head!"  Sailor Moon saw what Darien was talking about.
"I'll take care of that, you finish him off!"  Prince Darien took
out his trustworthy rose, and hurled it at the spot.  His arksmanship
was flawless.  The Doomsday Knight was frozen in his tracks.  "Now
Sailor Moon! Use your crystal to finish him off!" 

Sailor Moon did exactly that.  She took out her Silver Crystal, and
it began to glow.  "In the name of the moon and all that is good, I
will finish you off!"  She raised the crystal over her head.  "Moon
Cosmic Power!!"  The crystal glowed brighter and brighter, and a beam
of pure positive energy surrounded the Doomsday Knight.  It separated
into the five Silver Knights, and each knight dissipated into an
array of colors.  The treat of the Apocalyps had been removed.

The next day, at Serena's school, in the front yard after school had
let out, all the Sailor Soldiers were gathered together.  They all
had some bandages on, with Lita in a cast from a broken right arm.

"Guys, yesterday was really scary," Serena said.

"Yeah," Mina said.  "All this that we see here now was almost
destroyed. The world almost stopped moving."

"Well," Amy said, "the good news is we get to live to fight another
day."

"I don't know about you guys, but I miss the Negaverse," Rei said.
"Theywere way easier to deal with."

"Amen to that," Lita said.  "Hey, where's Darien?"

"He's taking a test in college," Serena said.

"Well," said Luna, "I think we all deserve a nice ice cream treat."

"I second that," Serena said.

"Then let's do it," Rei said.

And so ended another adventure of the Sailor Soldiers.

Hey, guess what?  That's the end of this fic!  Wow, I'm surprised I
didn't drag it out for 10 chapters :)  Anyway, usual disclaimer here.
I don't own Sailor Moon or any related characters.  But I do own the
Silver Knights and the Doomsday Knight.  Oh, and please, no copying
my work.  This took nearly 3 days to complete, OK?  (Well, 3 days I
spent working on it, not counting the 10 day breaks....)
