Swapping Boyfriends 
Prologue-Darien and Serena

"Oh man, mum's not going to like this one little bit." said Serena as
she crumpled up her test paper and tossed it over her head.

"Hey watch it, meatball head!" said the person behind her.

Serena turned around angrily and said through clenched teeth, "The
name's Serena. Want me to spell it out for you? It's S-E-R-E-N-A. Got
it? It's Serena." Serena was about to turned back when she remembered
that he still had her test paper. "Give me that!" she said as she
snatched it off him.

"Sure thing, meatball head." taunted the guy.

Serena's face started to get red with anger and had fire in her eyes,
"You know what Darien?" She growled, "For a collage student you are
sure immature.Don't you have other things to do than annoy me?!?"

Darien laughed, Serena fumed and hit Darien in the head with her
bookbag.

"Hey..." started Darien as he rubbed his head but he saw Serena was
gone. "Strange girl." And he walked away.

"How dare he?" Fumed Serena as she stomped home, "I'll show him!"

As she got home her mother was outside waiting for her. "Serena, we got
you a tutor to help you with your school. He's going to be here in half
an hour so I want you to be ready."

"Sure thing mum." said Serena happily as she skipped into the house.
Ann blinked, that was not the react she was expecting from her
daughter, she was expecting her to whine, beg or cry, but certainly
being happy about it.

Serena put her bookbag on her bed and closed the door. *Now I can show
Darien that I'm not stupid.* Serena took off her uniform and walked
towards her closet to find something to wear. *What should I wear?* she
thought as she rambled through her clothes. Finally she made up her
mind and put on a pink T-shirt and blue jeans. 

Serena sat next on her dresser and removed the clips that held her buns
up,she shook her hair free and got her comb to brush her hair. Once she
was done she smiled satisfied. Serena looked at her alarm clock and saw
she only had 15 minutes left. *I still have time to clean my room.*
Serena got all her clothes off the floor and folded it, putting it back
in her closet. She picked up all her things off the floor and stacked
it in a neat pile on her drawer. She straighted up her bed covers and
got all her school books together. 

Serena checked the time again. *He should be here any minute now.*
Serena got her text books and skipped downstairs. Amazingly she didn't
trip especially when she was skipping down the stairs and carrying a
heavy load of textbooks. Serena placed her textbooks on the coffee
table in the lounge room. *Why am I excited that I'm getting a tutor
and probably just some old professor. I better put my hair back up.*
Serena quickly put her hair up in her usual buns and was about to go
back to her room when the door bell rang.

Serena gulped.
