Tuxedo Angel by: Prince Darien Note: This is the 1st part of the sequel to The End of it All. This episode rated Pre-Teen, which is reccommended for readers 12+ because of some gore in the first part of the episode. This rating is only a guideline, not something set in stone. The person(s) running the site this may be on has final say in what he/she wants to rate it for her site. Tuxedo Angel Serena awoke quickly. She had been dreaming again. Actually, she was remembering in her sleep. She kept seeing Darien pick up the sword, and she always wanted to shout "no!", but she never did. She saw Darien's blood exit his body, and she held him close to her. Every night now, for the past ten nights, she had the same dream, or rather, memory. "Why?" she asked herself as she sat up, and put her face in her hands, and began to cry. Luna saw her every time, and for once, did not blame her for crying. She had a right to, did she not? Of course she did. Luna tried to comfort her every night, but to no avail. "After everything we went through together," she sobbed. "Serena, he did what he had to do, so the rest of the world could survive. So YOU could survive!" "I know, Luna," she said. "I just wish there was another way!" Serena plopped back down, and buried her face in her pillow. She felt as if it was all one big nightmare. But it was all too real. And there was nothing she could do to change that. * * * The man in a black suit and coat was leaning up against a wall. In his hand was a rose. It had started to wilt away. The man groaned. "Serena........" * * * Amy Anderson was on her way to her computer cram school. She was full of anxiety. Her mid-term was only 15 minutes away. And, as she ran to school, she was trying to recall every fact that was in that little blue-haired head of hers. She ran to school, but right before she got there, she ran into someone. It was a man in a black suit, and a black coat. She did not hit him. In fact, she could have sworn that she went right through him! But that was not possible, was it? Of course not. Then again, Amy was almost certain that she had went right through the man. The man had not noticed her, so he kept walking along the sidewalk, staring at the wilting rose in is hand. "Weird," she thought. Amy decided not to think about it anymore. Instead, she was thinking about her exam again. * * * Raye was sitting on the front steps at her temple. She was thinking about how tired she was, and how she did not want to do her chores. Still, grandpa would probably be upset with her if she started getting lazy. "Better get 'em done," she whispered. Just then, she saw a man in a black suit and a black coat walk by. Since she was not really thinking about chores, she hollered at him. "Hey!" The man paid no attention to her. "Hey, you!" she shouted even louder. This time, the man looked at her. "Oh my Gosh!" Raye thought. "That face! It looks like...no! It can't be? Can it?" The man walked up to Raye. "Yes?" "Oh, um...uhhh...I was just wondering...would you..." "Would I what?" "Oh, never mind." Raye blushed. The man shrugged, and walked away. "That face...and that voice..." she thought. * * * Lita was wandering around town, going from mall to mall. She had spent no money, though, as she had none to spend. She was only looking at item that she thought that she might buy when she came back. The next thing she saw, however, she knew she would never buy. A man in a black suit and black coat approached her. They exchanged glances, but even at that, Lita could not help getting a feeling of deja vu. "I know that man," Lita thought. The man continued on his way, still holding a wilting rose in his hand. A total of 2 petals had fallen completely off, and a third was about to. "Could it be...Darien...?" * * * Mina was on her way to the mall. She was going to meet Lita there. She still felt sorry for Serena. The same questions went through her head every day. What now? What will happen if someone else attacks? Will the Sailor Scouts be able to defeat them without Tuxedo Mask? Mina had the answer to none of these questions. As Mina was walking to the mall, she saw a man in a black suit and a black coat walk by her. The man looked oddly familiar. The man looked at her, and she looked back. "Darien," she said blankly. The man ran away. Was that Darien, or a figment of her imagination? Mina wished she knew. All she knew was that she was confused. She looked down. A rose petal was laying there. "Weird," she said to herself. * * * The man in the black suit and coat ran as fast as he could. He never seemed to run out of breath. He ran to his apartment, and sat down on his couch. Just at this time, he sensed that his love was in distress. "I'm coming, my love." The man put the rose he had been holding in a vase, and ran out the door. He ran faster than he had ever ran before. He ran and ran and ran. Finally, he got to his love's house. "Serena!" he shouted as he knocked on the door. Serena opened the door, and her jaw dropped. "Darien!" Serena tried to embrace him, but she went right through him! She nearly fell flat on her face, but for once she kept her balance. "Serena, I'm sorry about that." "Darien, how...?" "I am immortal now. I have come down from Heaven to be with you." A puzzled look appeared on Serena's face. "Serena, I'm an angel. I have not earned my wings yet, but--" "What does it matter?" Serena quickly interrupted. "You're here!" "Yes, but I don't know how long I have. An angel is only allowed so much time on Earth." "What? I...I don't under...stand." "Serena, once an angel comes down to Earth, it only has a limited time to stay." "How long?" "At least three weeks." "And at most?" "33 days. Has something to do with the traditional number of years Jesus was alive on Earth." "So...why did you come back?" "In order to get my wings, I have to do a certain number of tasks." "Like what?" "I'm not exactly sure. They just have to be good deeds." "Wait a minute. You knocked on the door, yet I went right through you. How did that happen?" "An angel is allowed to touch anything it wants to, but can not be touched. I can hug you, but if you try to hug me, your arms will pass right through me." "Well that sucks," Serena thought aloud. "I know. Listen, the reason I came here is that I sensed you were in distress. What's wrong?" "What's wrong?! THIS is what's wrong," she said as she passed her arms through Darien. "Oh," Darien said. "By the way, I saw all the others today. Mina was the only one who actually said my name." "Did you stay and talk?" "Of course not! I'm DEAD! They wouldn't have been able to handle it." Darien did notice an old man walking by as he said this. "Anyway, I thought you were fighting Nega-scum." "No. I was still upset about what happened." At this time, Molly came walking by. She had stitches in her forehead, her left arm was in a cast and sling, and her right ankle was bandaged up. She had a single crutch, as she was not allowed to put any weight on her injured ankle. "Hey, guys," Molly said in a cheery voice. She did not seem to care that she was almost a walking bruise. "Hey, Molly. Why are you so cheery?" Serena asked. "No particular reason. I'm just going to the Crown Game Center. Nephlite said he'd meet me there." "Molly...hasn't anyone told you?" Darien asked. "Told me what?" "Nephlite's........dead," Serena said. Molly's eyes became watery. "Molly, I'm sorry...I know what it feels like." "No! You still have Darien! I don't have anyone!" "What about Melvin?" Darien asked. "He's got another girlfriend now," Molly said as she sobbed. "Who?" Serena asked in amazement. "Some girl from the dissecting club." Molly went away as fast as her condition would allow her. "Poor Molly..." Darien said. He looked Serena in the eye. "Serena, I have to go now." "Darien, wait..." It was too late to stop him. He had already disappeared. Serena just kept staring in the same direction. "This is going to take some getting used to," she said. * * * Molly went to her apartment, rather, her mother's apartment. She went to her bed, and laid down, hoping to wake up, and find out that this was all one really nasty nightmare. But, as things often are, it was all too real. Molly raised her head from her pillow, and saw someone she never expected to see in her apartment. "Darien..." "Molly, how are you?" "What are you doing here?" "I'm here to help you. I know you are going through a tough time." "How did you get in here?" "Molly, try to hold my hand," Darien said as he held out his right hand. Molly put her hand out to hold his, but much to her surprise, her hand went right through his! "Molly, I'm an angel. I died ten days ago." Molly was silent. "I know it's hard to understand, but I really am an angel." "How...did you...die?" Molly asked, still in shock. "Fighting the Dark Universe, the same as Nephlite." "Nephlite......?" "Yes. I know this may not help much, but you two will be together again." "We will?" Molly said in her quaint little accent. "Yes. Nephlite is in heaven right now, and he is watching over you at all times." Molly thought she was having a dream for sure now. "This is too much," she said as she fainted. "Maybe I should try a different approach," Darien said to himself as he disappeared. To Be Continued..... The Love Star Serena was on her way over to Raye's temple. She was happy, but sad at the same time. She was able to talk to Darien, and see him, but she could not touch his face, his arms, or any other part of him. She thought by going to Raye's she could get some insight as to what was going on. Serena arrived at Raye's temple to find that Raye was sweeping the front steps. Serena walked up to Raye. "Hey Raye!" "Hey Serena," Raye said as she looked up at Serena. "What's up?" "I saw Darien." Raye believed her, since she could have sworn that she had seen Darien earlier. "He's an angel." "You sure? I mean, it could have been a dream," Raye said, trying to sound like she really thought it was a dream. "Yes, I'm sure. This was no dream. It was definitely real." "So...how was it, seeing him again?" "It was weird, to tell the truth. I passed right through him!" "So, how does he look with wings?" "He doesn't have any yet. He's got to do a number of good deeds." "How long is he going to stay?" "I don't know." * * * Darien entered his apartment slowly. He couldn't help feeling that something was different about it. There was good reason for this feeling. In his apartment was a tall, shadowy figure. Darien thought it best to disappear. He did so, but still remained in the room. "What WAS this guy?" said the shadowy figure. "A pig? This place is a mess!" The figure walked around the room. He picked up a vase. This vase was the one with the wilting rose. "Dumb bastard." Darien did not fell as mad as he normally would. This was due to the fact that an angel could not feel anger as much as mortals, but they could feel love twice as strong. They could feel love to the point that it hurt, but anger was very hard to feel. This had already been explained to Darien. The shadowy figure moved around the room, and finally found the light switch. He flipped it. Darien quickly moved to a place where the light could not reach as well, which was another room. He had already been exposed to too much light. If he was exposed to much more, he would fade away. This was just another perk of being an angel. The figure, which turned out to be a woman, looked around the room. She seemed to be looking for something of great value, but Darien had no idea what. He never really kept anything special in his apartment when he was away. So what could she be looking for? "Where is it?" the woman muttered to herself. "Where is the Love Star?" "Love Star?" Darien asked himself. "What the heck is the Love Star?" Darien did not ask these questions out loud, of course, but he thought he had for a moment. "This is no use. I must report back," said the woman. She made sure to turn out the lights, then she teleported away. Darien had no idea where she could have gone, but he did not really care. * * * Molly awoke from her sleep, still dreary. She remembered Darien saying that he was an angel, and that Nephlite was dead. "What a weird dream," she said. She got up, and walked to the kitchen. She fixed herself a bowl of Wheaties, and quickly ate it (the contents, not the bowl). She then washed the bowl, and sat down on the couch in the main room. Her mother was already gone, so she had the TV all to herself. She flipped it on, and saw a breaking news bulletin. It was on the mysterious disappearance of a young man. His name was Darien. Molly's jaw dropped. "Oh my God...." she whispered. "He really IS an angel...and Nephlite.......really IS dead..." Molly had a sudden feeling of nausea, and fainted. * * * Darien waited until nightfall to go out of his apartment. When the sun finally set, he looked at the wilting rose. Somehow, it had rejuvenated a little. He then went out onto his balcony, and jumped off. He landed on the ground below, with the most graceful landing anyone could ever do. He looked around. No one had seen him. Darien decided to visit Raye. He needed find out who the woman in his apartment was. He made himself invisible, and walked to her temple. When he got there, he saw no one. He decided to go inside. Once inside, he still saw no one. He then looked around, went in every room except the bathroom, and saw only Raye's grandpa. He then decided to wait on her to finish. After all, there were some things that he did not want to see. He waited for over three minutes, then Raye finally cane out of the bathroom in nothing but a towel wrapped around her, covering what was necessary. Darien waited for her to put on her night clothes, which consisted of a sleeveless T-shirt and shorts. "Raye," he said. "Huh?" Raye said as she looked around in confusion. "Who said that?" "I did," Darien said as he made himself visible. Raye was shocked. "Raye, I need you to do me a favor. Could you do a fire reading?" "What? Now?" "Yes. There was a strange woman in my apartment today." "OK." Raye went to read the fire. She saw the face of the woman that Darien had seen. She was talking to a man. Raye was able to get her name, but not that of the man she was talking to. "Who is she?" Darien asked. "Her name is Katarina. She has a black heart. She wants to do away with love all together. The man must be her master." "Where is she from? The Negaverse?" "No. Definitely not. But she is definitely from a similar place." "You mean like the Dark Universe?" "Yes, but not from there, either. I have never felt a feeling like this before." Raye looked to where Darien was, only to see that he had disappeared. "Now where did he go?" * * * Darien appeared in front of his apartment building. He stared up at his apartment window. It opened. A woman walked out onto the balcony. She seemed upset. She stared out into the city, and sighed. Somehow, Darien heard her sigh. Darien made himself invisible, and floated up to his balcony. He heard her speak. "This really sucks. I have searched every square inch of this stupid place, and still no Love Star. Yet the Dark Crystal is reacting," she said as she held out a black crystal, which had a black light emanating from it. For some reason, Darien seemed to know what the Love Star was. Serena's Star Locket. But that did not explain why the Dark Crystal was reacting in his apartment. There was only one explanation for that. It was reacting to his love for Serena. The woman walked back into the apartment. She looked at the Dark Crystal. "Shit." The woman disappeared. Darien entered his apartment. He sat down on the couch. He sighed. "Just what I need," he muttered. Darien just sat there for the rest of the night, thinking about what he should do. * * * Serena awoke at the crack of dawn, which was very unusual for her. She had been dreaming again. This time, the dream had been about Darien as an angel. (Begin Dream) Serena saw Darien flying away from her. He turned around, and held out his hand. He was reaching for Serena, and she was reaching for him. They could not reach each other. He continued to slowly float away from her. "Serena...." "Darien...." Darien turned into a bright light, and vanished. (End Dream) Serena knew it was only a dream, but it seemed to be so much more. What could it be? Serena looked at Luna, who was still sleeping. Serena laid back down, and tried to go back to sleep. She succeeded. * * * Darien went to his window. The sun was coming up. He quickly closed the curtain. He checked the date. It was Feb. 14. This was his first Valentine's day as an angel. Actually, his first as a tortured angel. He loved Serena very much, but he felt that his presence around her put her in harm's way, especially with Katarina around. He did not want Katarina to get ahold of the Love Star. But, he was not sure that Serena's Star Locket was the Love Star. Darien went to the bedroom. He felt very strange as he entered the room. He closed his eyes, and saw Serena. She appeared to be sleeping peacefully. He opened his eyes. "I will not let harm come to you, Serena." Bond. James Bond. Darien waited in his apartment all day. He dared not venture out into the city in daylight. The day seemed to go on forever to Darien. It was really boring, knowing that all he could do was wait. After night fell on Tokyo, he went out onto the balcony. Below, he saw the same woman again. She was looking at the building, then the Dark Crystal, then the building. "What is she up to?" The woman looked up, and saw him. "You!" she shouted. She then jumped up, and landed on the balcony, behind Darien. "Impressive jump," he said as he turned around. He stared into the cold, dark eyes of Katarina. She stared back. "Darien. How good to see you." "What? How do you know my name?" "I'm not surprised that you don't remember me. I am from the future. The one that has happened as a result of your being dead. Serena still loves you." "What do you want?" "What do I want? Let's see........I guess it would be for you to hand over the Love Star." "What is the Love Star?" "Don't play dumb with me! You know what it is." "No, I don't." "Then let me inform you. The Love Star is a powerful weapon that can make any person love another. It is what actually enables a person to feel love. It was created by Queen Serenity's scientists. It was their belief that this would bring about universal peace. They were a bunch of fools." "What does this Love Star look like?" "Like a standard star. It's not very big. Rather a normal size." "And what makes you think I have it?" "I have a source. Now, tell me where it is, and I will let Serena live." "I don't have it!" "You lie," Katarina said rather softly. ".....No matter. By the time I am finished, you will be begging me to take it." Katarina disappeared. "So, the Love Star is a sort of weapon. There's only one place to turn now." * * * The suave, sophisticated man in a black suit and bow-tie was drinking a vodka martini. He had ordered it shaken, not stirred, and had received it as ordered. Many gorgeous women were surrounding him. He was happy, since he had just stopped the Janus syndicate from taking over the Goldeneye. His watch started beeping. "Yes," he said as he pushed a button. "James, come to headquarters. We have a man who says he needs the help of MI6. I felt that you would suffice." "Of course, M. I'll be right there." The man got up, excused himself, and walked out to his Mitsubishi motorcycle. He started it, and drove it to MI6 headquarters. Once there, he found a tall, good looking man, with blue eyes, and short, black hair. "Are you the man who needs my help?" James asked. "Mr. Bond, I presume?" "Yes, I'm Bond, James Bond." "Then I am the man who needs your help. My name is Darien." "Darien what?" "Let's just leave it at that. What do you know about the Love Star?" "I don't know anything. Maybe intelligence can help you. If you'll follow me," he said as he used his right hand to motion to Darien. He walked to M's room. M had a lot of useful information. The Love Star had the power to make any person feel true love. It also had the power to disable any weapon in the world. Any person who had it could easily dominate the world. If it were destroyed, then the world would be plunged into a third world war. "Where is the Love Star?" Darien asked. "To be honest, nobody knows. It could be here in England, or in America, or Antarctica," M said with a shrug. "Well then. Let's get looking. We know what it looks like, don't we?" "Yes," replied Darien. He nodded at M, who then handed James a picture of the Love Star. Darien noticed that it looked exactly like Serena's star locket. "So, where to?" James asked. "I think I know." Darien began walking out the room, and James followed. "Wait. Better stop by Q Branch and pick up a few things," James said. They went down to Q Branch, and Q equipped James with a few gadgets. His traditional laser watch, a grappling hook belt, and chewing gum that was actually an explosive. "James, once you chew the gum three times, the timer will begin. You will have 15 seconds to clear the area before it explodes. Understood?" "As always." James picked up the gadgets, and he and Darien walked out of the building. They went to the airport, and flew to Tokyo. * * * Serena awoke the her mother's voice yelling at her. 'Just three more minutes, mom,' Serena thought. Then she realized that it was Saturday. She quickly sprung up, and ran downstairs. "Serena, Raye is here to see you," her mother said. "She's in the living room." Serena ran into the living room. "Hey, Serena," Raye said before Serena could speak. "I saw Darien last night." "What did he want?" "There was a strange woman in his apartment, and he wanted me to do a fire reading." "Well? Who was she?" "Her name is Katarina, and she's not from here, the Negaverse, or the Dark Universe. She was talking to a man, but I couldn't get anything on him." "So, what does she want?" "She wants to destroy the world, and love. She wants an ancient artifact called the Love Star." "So what can we do?" "Right now....nothing. Maybe if we knew more, we could stop them." "What does the Love Star do?" "I don't really know. Look, Serena. All I know is that I saw Darien, and did a fire reading, and something is going down. What, when, and where? I do not know." "So basically, all we can do is wait." "Yes," Raye said with a feeling of deja vu. She remembered this road all too well. Star Locket, Love Star Darien and James arrived at Serena's house at 3:30 in the afternoon. Darien closed his eyes. He saw the rose in his vase dying. He felt weak. He opened his eyes, and knocked on the door. Serena answered. "Oh, hi Darien! Raye just left. Who is this?" Serena asked, referring to James. Darien quickly entered her house, and found refuge from the sunlight. "Serena," he said as he gasped. "This is James Bond." "The British secret agent?" "No, the doctor," Darien said sarcastically. "Of course the British secret agent!" "Come on in," Serena said politely. James entered Serena's house. The three began a discussion about the Love Star. "Serena, let me see your star locket," Darien said. Serena said nothing. She simply placed the locket on the coffee table, and Darien picked it up. He then handed it to James. James compared it to the Love Star picture. It was a perfect match. "It matches," James said. "Now all we have to do is figure out how to use it." "You mean that my star locket is the Love Star?" "Well, it matches the one in the picture," James replied. "But what if it only LOOKS like the Love Star!?" "We can do some testing at Q Branch," James said. "But how do you know what results will match with the Love Star?" Serena asked. "Not that kind of test. This test will determine if it is a weapon." "What will you do if it is?" "Nothing," Darien said. "If it is destroyed, so is all love, and the world will be consumed in hatred. Possibly start a third world war." "So it's a no win situation," James said. "Unless, of course, this turns out to be a normal locket." "In which case we will have no idea where to look," Darien said. James laid down a watch on the coffee table. "Here. This is a communicator watch. I'll contact you once I get the results," James said. He then left. Darien put the watch on. "What now?" Serena asked. "I don't know." Darien said with a sigh. "I just don't know." Serena got up, and headed toward the kitchen. She could not stand it anymore. The waiting, the not knowing. Not to mention the fact that she could see Darien, and talk to Darien, but not even feel his face. It was driving Serena insane. Serena opened the refrigerator door, and got the milk out. She poured herself a tall, cold glass. She then downed it. It refreshed her, but only slightly. She put the glass in the sink "What's wrong, " Darien asked, sensing that his love was hurting. He could sense these sort of things; he was an angel. "Nothing," she said, trying to hide the hurt. "Come on, Serena. You can tell me." "I just can't stand not knowing what to do." Darien knew that this was not all that was bothering her. "Somehow, I get the feeling that there's more to it," Darien said, concerned. "Darien, well...please don't take this the wrong way, but..." "What?" "It's you. This whole angel business is just too much. I mean, I can see you, hear you, and talk with you, but I can't even touch your face! Not to mention the fact that you don't have very much time left on Earth!" "Serena, I've got about 25 more days--" "That's not enough! I want you to be here forever! I don't want you to leave me," Serena said, the tears starting to show. "Serena," Darien said as he moved closer to her. "I will never leave you. You know that. As long as I am in your heart, I will always be with you." "I know," Serena said with a sniffle. "Serena, things will work out. You know that, right?" "Yeah..." "Good. I have to go now, but I'll be back. See ya." Darien faded away. Serena began to cry her eyes out. * * * Mina and Lita had just finished shopping at the mall. Mina had bought a gold bracelet, and Lita had bought a new pair of shoes. They were having a lot of fun, despite the fact that their overall moods had been the pits lately. They, as well as the rest of the Scouts, were all distraught over the death of Darien. Still, they had to carry on. "Lita, what do you think will happen now?" "What do you mean?" "With Serena." "Oh. I don't know. I know she's gonna be upset for a while--" "Oh gee, ya THINK!?" Mina nearly shouted. "Hey, don't bite my head off. Geez. Anyway, We really need to be on our toes. It's very likely that a new threat will try to take over the world, or destroy it, or something to that effect." "Yeah, I know. Why can't any new beings come here to HELP us. This is just getting tiring." "And boring. Every time, it's the same old crap. Take over the earth. Destroy the Earth. Blah blah blah." The two girls laughed. They were certain that nothing new would happen. If only they knew how wrong they were on that. True, the new villain would want to do the same things that were getting so boring, but also something that would be very new. * * * Katarina was talking to her commander/lover. He was not pleased with the progress of their mission. "Katarina, we must not let the Love Star become functional again. If it does, then--" "I know. Believe me, I know." "We must not allow that to happen," said the man in his normal rough voice (not quite like Nephlite's, but close). "We must succeed." "We will." "We had better." * * * Raye was sweeping the steps to her temple. She had a bad feeling for some reason. She felt it had something to do with Darien, but she did not quite know why. All she knew was that she had a bad feeling. Raye continued sweeping the steps. As soon as she was finished, she heard footsteps coming her way. She looked up to see Lita and Mina. "Hey, Raye," Lita said. "Hey, guys! What's goin' on?" "Just got done shopping," Mina said. "Yeah. I can see that," Raye said while looking at the shopping bags the two girls were carrying. "So why are you stopping by?" Before either of the two girls could answer, another woman's voice was heard. "So they can meet the same fate as you!" The three girls looked up at the roof of the temple. They saw a woman. Raye recognized her as Katarina. Before anybody had time to react, Katarina thrust out her right hand, and made a ball of Dark Energy surround her. "Dark Energy, TRANSPORT!" Katarina shrieked. The ball of Dark Energy disappeared, taking Raye with it. Lita and Mina were still in shock when they were consumed by Dark Energy, and transported to another dimension. "Those pathetic little girls! They never thought that I knew about their alternate identities. And that Sailor Moon is going to hand over that Love Star, or her friends will die!" Katarina laughed a high pitched laugh, then disappeared in a cloud of gray smoke. * * * James Bond was waiting for the results of the testing being done on Serena's star locket. If it was the Love Star, then he would have to help protect it for as long as he lived. After several minutes (tests never took long at Q Branch), James was told of the results. Serena's star locket was definitely a weapon. It was a deactivated weapon, but a weapon nonetheless. James was glad to know the results. He took the Love Star, and left for Tokyo, but only after being outfitted with special gadgets. They were a detonator, used to detonate the remote mine; a grappling hook/belt; and a bomb defuser. He could carry two guns, a silenced PP7 and a sniper rifle, which was broken into three parts. As always, he had his Laser Watch, which was also a watch magnet. Also, the one gadget that would prove invaluable, was a door decoder. Let's get this over with." * * * James showed up at Serena's house just after she finished lunch. He knocked on the door, and Serena quickly answered. "Hi!" she almost shouted. "Serena, right?" "Yeah." "Here's your star locket." James handed the golden thing over to Serena, and found himself thinking of when he faced The Man With the Golden Gun. "Is it...?" "Yes. It is definitely a weapon in the deactivated state. I would like to speak with Darien. That is his name, right?" "Yes, but he isn't...here...right now. Maybe I can help you." "If you can provide me with lodging, I would be grateful. I need to keep a close eye on this thing." Before Serena could respond, the heard a voice above them. "It is mine!" Katarina drifted down to James. "Thank you so much," she said as she hit him so hard that he was knocked immediately unconscious! Katarina then turned to a shaky Serena. "Now, hand it over, little--" "Noooo!" shouted a voice from behind Katarina. It was Darien, and he threw his infamous rose at Katarina. It hit her in the back, stunning her. Darien, who was now as Tuxedo Mask, floated over Katarina. "Fine," Katarina said. "I'll just kill your friends, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Venus, and Sailor Mars!" "You're bluffing!" Serena shouted as Katarina faded away. "Serena, I think I know what we have to do," Tuxedo Mask (whom I will call Tuxedo Angel from now on, unless in dialogue) said. "What?" "We have to activate the Love Star. It is our only hope." Serena nodded, then went to help James Bond. Serena knew that the fight ahead would not be easy. As a matter of fact, it would be harder than when she fought Natas. And, as far as Serena was concerned, that was tough enough. A Secret Revealed James awoke slowly. He was in Serena's house, and he had been unconscious for a little over an hour. The first thing he saw was a blond-haired girl staring at him. At first, since his vision was slightly blurred, he did not recognize her. Soon, however, he knew it was Serena. "Uuunnnnhh..." "Darien, he's awake." Darien walked into the room. "About time. I thought we were gonna have to break out the ice bucket." "What...happened?" James asked in confusion. "You got clobbered by that woman." "I thought I remembered this feeling..." Darien sighed. "Anyway, what did she want?" "This," Darien said as he showed him the Love Star. "And she almost got it." James closed his eyes, and took a deep breath. "So...we've already got a terrorist looking for it." "Not exactly," Darien said. "She's already found it. Now she wants to possess it." "Thank goodness Darien was able to stop her," Serena said. "Enough!" James almost shouted, seeming frustrated. "Let's just get this over with. Darien, you keep the Love Star and the girl safe. I'll take care of the terrorist." "That's not a real good idea," Darien said. "Why not?" James asked sharply. "You have no idea what you're dealing with," Darien said as he stared into James' eyes. "Oh, and you do?" "Yes. I am very aware of what we are dealing with." "Fine. Tell me." * * * Katarina stood in a small room occupied only by her three captives. Each one of the three Sailor Scouts were dangling over a trap door. Below that was a pool of black acid. It was a kind of acid that slowly ate through clothing and flesh. It took slightly longer to eat its way through bone. "Now," Katarina said in her usual shrill voice. "Who wants to be first to die a slow, painful, death?" "Listening to her is enough torture," Mars mumbled. Katarina heard the comment. "Then let me tell you about our special torture program! First, I make you listen to me ramble on, like this--" "Stop it!" Sailor Jupiter shouted. Katarina moved closer to Sailor Jupiter. "You want me to stop?" Katarina asked in a whisper. She moved even closer. She then screamed into Sailor Jupiter's left ear, causing temporary partial deafness. Katarina smiled, and moved away, still having a fixed gaze on Sailor Jupiter. "Don't worry, Sailor Scouts. I know Sailor Moon will hand over that Love Star, just so you won't die," Katarina said wickedly. She then disappeared. * * * Amy Anderson was surprised to see Serena standing on her doorstep. She was even more surprised when she saw her two companions, Darien, who revealed to Amy that he was an angel, and James Bond, who had been informed of everything on the way over to Amy's house. Amy let them in, and they discussed the situation. Darien revealed that Serena's star locket was actually the Love Star, and explained the potential disaster if it was destroyed. He also explained the fact that, if activated, it could bring peace to the entire world. Amy began analyzing it with her mini computer. It only took about three minutes. She found no way to activate it, but she did find that it was very hard to destroy. There was only one thing that could destroy it, and Sailor Moon had it. It was the Silver Empyrean Crystal. "Great, " Serena said. "Now I have TWO things that they want." "Well, we could always call the others," Amy said. "Uh-uh. No can do," Darien said. "Why not?" "They are now prisoners." "So let's get them out!" "First," James said, "we have to find out where they are. Then, we need to survey their hideout. Only then do we make a move." "So where do you suggest we start looking?" Serena asked. "I can scan the area for a portal," Amy said. "I'll be back," Darien said. He then slowly disappeared. * * * Darien floated over the icy tundra. It was dark there, and no one else was within miles of him. The winds howled through the night. If Darien had been alive, he would have been in extreme agony. Instead, he merely floated across the tundra, looking for anything unusual. Actually, anything would be suspicious, with the exception of the ice. He continued looking, hoping to find a way to get to Katarina and her mysterious commander. Darien finally saw what he wanted to see. A small trans-dimensional gateway, otherwise known as a portal. He moved closer, just to make sure. "Yep, that's it," he said to himself. "Better tell Serena." Darien disappeared. * * * Serena and Amy were slightly surprised to see Darien materialize right before their eyes. While they knew that he was an angel, it was still new for them. James was more than slightly surprised. He nearly passed out! "Serena, I've found a portal." "Where is it, muffin?" "Remember where you went to fight Queen Beryl?" "It's at the North Pole?!?" "Well, not exactly. More like the USA." "Which state?" Amy suddenly asked, slightly annoyed that she had not been included in the conversation before. "Yeah, which state?" Serena asked. James only stared at Darien. "Alaska." Serena, Amy, and James just stared at Darien. "Did you hear me?" "Yeah, we heard you," James said. "But are you sure?" "Yes. Positive." "Well then. Let's get our asses in gear," James said. Amy and Serena decided to go ahead and show James the whole truth. "Moon Cosmic Power!" "Mercury Star Power!" The two girls transformed into their alter-egos. "By the way, Darien," Serena said. "We're not calling ourselves Scouts anymore. We are now going to call ourselves Sailor Soldiers." Darien had a puzzled look, as did Amy. "Sailor Scouts just seemed too childish." "Fine," Darien said. "Let's just get this over with." "I can use the company jet to fly us all there," James offered. "How long before we can use it?" "Well, I can book us all a flight to MI6 headquarters, and we can just go from there." "What about your superior?" "M won't mind. The fate of the world is at stake." Serena, Amy, and Darien agreed. * * * "M, I need a favor." "What is it James?" M asked while looking at a portfolio. "I need to use the company jet. It's very important." "James, your concerns should lie with Britain. Saving the entire world is not your concern. Saving Britain is." "Well, Britain's in the world, so that should work out nicely." M looked up at James, to see three other people. "Who are these people?" "This is Darien," James said as he pointed to him. "And this is Serena, and here is Amy," he said as he motioned to each girl. "They're my guides." "You need THREE people?!" "Yes. Look, M. I really need this." There was a brief pause. "All right. You leave tomorrow morning at nine o'clock." "Thank you." James turned around, and walked out of the room. He went to a nearby hotel to provide lodging for his two of his three companions. Darien did not need sleep, so he watched Serena sleep all night long. He smiled every time she whispered his name in her sleep. Darien then looked at the rose he had been carrying around all this time. There were only three petals left. "We better get this right the first time," Darien whispered to himself. To Be Continued. The Land of the Midnight Sun Serena awoke to the sound of the telephone ringing. She turned over, and hit it, thinking it was an alarm clock. It fell to the floor, and the receiver came off the hook. Darien picked it up, and answered. "We're up." He hung up, and placed the phone on the night-stand. "Serena..." "Unh.." "Serena, it's time to get up." "Just five more minutes," Serena mumbled. At this time, James knocked on the door, and Darien let him in. "Rise and shine, little girls!" Amy bolted up. "Oh my Gosh! What time is it?!" "Eight thirty." "Serena, wake up!" Amy yelled. "I'm up," mumbled the blond-haired girl. She then realized that she and Amy were in Sailor Soldier uniform. "Were we--" "Yes," James said, cutting Sailor Moon off. "You have been like that ever since we left Japan." "Oh well," Darien said. "Who cares?" Serena looked at him with an expression that clearly meant "What the hell?" "Let's just go," Darien said. He walked out the door of the hotel room. Serena, Amy, and James went down to the lobby, and checked out. All four of them, Serena, Amy, James, and Darien, then went to the private jet. * * * Katarina watched the Sailor Soldiers, James, and Darien, board the jet. She was smiling wickedly. "That's it. Come to your doom." Her commander/lover appeared behind her. "They are on their way?" "Yes, Lord Perro." Lord Perro put his hand on Katarina's left shoulder. "Good work." Lord Perro disappeared. "After I get that Love Star, I'm gonna waste these Sailor Brats!" Katarina laughed as she saw the jet leave. * * * "Darien, why are you on the plane?" Sailor Moon asked. "Someone has to guide you, and make sure you're safe." "I only have one question," Sailor Mercury said. "Where exactly are we gonna land this plane?" Sailor Moon and Darien had no answer to that question. Darien walked to the cockpit. "James," he said while poking his head inside. "Where are we gonna land this thing?" "The plane has landing gear for every type of terrain. The only thing that will keep us from landing properly is if we run out of fuel and crash." "Oh, okay." Darien walked back to Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury, and told them what James had told him. * * * Katarina watched Darien closely. She had been doing so ever since the jet left for Alaska. She also heard everything he and who else was around him said. She had heard James tell Darien how he could land the plane. "Just wait until you get to Alaska. You're gonna wish you had never been born." Katarina laughed maniacally. She watched the plane enter an icy area. "It's almost here." Katarina disappeared. * * * Katarina appeared on the icy tundra that was below a fast moving jet. She looked up at it, and smiled. "Have fun, kiddies." Katarina raised her right hand, and sent an invisible wave of energy hurling at the jet. She then heard a loud boom, and saw the jet begin to spin out of control. Katarina disappeared. * * * "Oh shit! Hold on!" James yelled as the jet spun out of control. He jerked the control stick around, trying to gain control. He finally did, but the fuel tank had been hit, and he was going to have to make a crash landing. James glided the jet down to the icy tundra, and made a landing. It was terrible, though. The nose of the aircraft skidded across the frozen surface, and then the rest of the aircraft skidded, causing sparks to fly everywhere. The plane's occupants were bashed against the sides of the aircraft, and finally it skidded to a halt. Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and James were sore. Darien was glad he was dead for once. "Let's get out of here," James said. He went to the only door, and tried to open it. He was unsuccessful. "It's jammed." "I have an idea," Sailor Mercury said. "Mercury Ice Bubbles, Freeze!" The door froze, and one swift kick from the blue haired girl made it fly loose. "OK. Let's go." The group of four set out to locate the portal Darien had found. It was too bad that the scenery was exactly the same for miles on end. * * * The two Sailor Soldiers, James, and Darien, who was now in Tuxedo Angel form, wandered about aimlessly in the cold, desolate area. They had only been there for a minute, and already they were ready to freeze to death, with the obvious exception of Tuxedo Angel. Just as they were about ready to bite the dust, or in this case, bite the ice, Tuxedo Angel spotted something. It was the portal! "Up there," Tuxedo Angel shouted as he pointed straight ahead. "Let's go!" James shouted over the howling of the wind. They moved as fast as they could, so as not to stay where the temperature was 45 degrees below zero. When they reached the portal, the immediately jumped in. The last thing James thought was *It's OK. I'll wake up soon.* * * * Katarina stood facing her three captives. She knew that the remaining Sailor Soldiers were on their way. She also knew that they had the Love Star with them. "Guess what, Sailor Brats! Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury have just signed all of your death certificates!" "Oh really," Sailor Mars said as she raised her right eyebrow. "I think she has signed our release forms." "We'll see about that," Katarina said before disappearing. "Don't worry," Sailor Mars said. * * * Sailor Moon's eyes widened at the site of Katarina appearing before her. She had expected to search for Katarina, not Katarina come to her. "Hello, Sailor Moon, and welcome to my humble abode. I hope you like it." "Cut the crap! Let's just get this over with!" shouted Sailor Moon. "Ha! You're not so much of a crybaby after all!" Katarina held out her hands. She began to chant. "Sih...car...narado...fuhg!" Sailor Moon was knocked backward, and was injured badly. "Nooo!" Tuxedo Angel shouted. No one noticed James slip a remote mine on the floor. Tuxedo Angel rushed to Katarina, and hit her so hard she fell backwards, and a bruise immediately appeared on her lower left jaw. "You...will...PAY!" Katarina let out a shrill scream, causing everybody else to cover their ears, or have their eardrums get busted. The scream was so loud that the walls shook. Tuxedo Angel, no longer able to feel pain, took out a rose, and threw it. It hit Katarina in the mouth, causing her to temporarily lose her ability to scream so loud. In fact, Katarina could no longer even speak. Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and James let go of their ears. Sailor Moon then used her attack. "Moon...Scepter...Elimination!!!" Katarina dodged the blast successfully, and a large chunk of wall was destroyed. "Crap!" "I want that Love Star!" Katarina yelled, now able to use her powers again. She stared at Sailor Moon, and he eyes began to glow a light green. "Alla...shazam!" A light blue aura surrounded Sailor Moon, and all of her limbs became useless. The Love Star floated above Sailor Moon's head, and Sailor Mercury and James found that they were immobile. Tuxedo Angel leapt for the Love Star, but was too late. It vanished into thin air. Katarina laughed wickedly. "The Love Star now belongs to me, and soon it will be nothing more than fragments! See ya later!" Katarina disappeared. "Well," James said. "This sucks." James picked up the remote mine that he had placed on the floor. "I might need this later," he whispered. * * * Katarina appeared before Lord Perro. In her hand was the Love Star. He smiled at the sight. He held out his hand, and Katarina handed it over to him. "Now, my love," Lord Perro said. "We can destroy the world!" They both laughed, and looked at the Love Star. "Hello cruel world." A Really Big Surprise Sailor Moon stared in shock at what just happened. The key to the entire world had been taken from her. Not even Tuxedo Angel had been able to do anything about it. Still, she had the Silver Empyrean Crystal. And that was the only thing that could destroy the Love Star. She also knew that her life was in even more danger now. "Sailor Moon," James said, not questioning anything anymore. "What do we do now?" "I don't know," the blond replied. "I just do not know." * * * A lone figure stood at the foot of the mountain know as Mount. Everest. The figure was a man, with long, brown hair. He had blue eyes, a blue and white suit, and he was rather tall. He seemed to be staring away from the mountain, as if searching for something. "Don't worry," he said in a rough voice. "Help is on the way." * * * Lord Perro stood, facing a small object that was inlaid with gold. It was the Love Star. He tossed it lightly in the air, and caught it each time. He smiled. "People are ruled by emotions," he said to himself. "And I'm gonna make sure that the only emotion they know is hatred." He smiled. "All I need now is the most powerful weapon in the universe, so I can destroy this thing once and for all!" Lord Perro moved to the center of the room in which he stood. The room was dark, save the few beams of light that seeped through the cracks in the walls. "I hope you're just not going to look at it," Katarina said as she appeared in front of Lord Perro. "Of course not. But we don't have the means to destroy it yet. We need something that will break it." "What do you have in mind?" "What about that wand Sailor Moon had? That crystal on top of it could--" "Yes. I was thinking the same thing. Should I--" "Yes. And hurry." Katarina disappeared. Lord Perro laughed, and knew that his plan was falling into place perfectly. * * * Sailor Moon looked around, and Sailor Mercury analyzed everything, but they found no way out of where they were. They were in a place that had only ledges as floors. Below was a very watery grave, and above was a ceiling of spikes. Even though the wall had been demolished, it had regenerated, and the portal had closed. "What are we gonna do?" James asked. "Hang on a sec," Sailor Mercury said. Tuxedo Angel only stood by, looking blankly at one of the walls. "Nothing," Sailor Mercury said in disgust. She had been unsuccessful in locating a way out. "Wait a second," James whispered as he moved closer to the walls. He knocked in several different places, many times risking falling into the water below. He finally found what he was looking for. A hollow place in the wall. He took the remote mine out of his coat pocket, and attached it to the wall. "Stand back," he said. He then detonated the mine with the mine detonator that was on his watch. The wall blew up, and there was another room on the other side! "Hurry!" They all leaped through the gaping hole, and into the room that turned out to be much safer. After the last one was through, the hole closed. "Sailor Moon!" shouted a familiar voice. The voice belonged to none other than Sailor Mars, who was not in Sailor uniform. "Get us down!" James pulled out a penknife which he carried at all times, and cut the ropes that bonded her. "Where are the others?" Tuxedo Angel asked. "I don't know. Katarina took them." Raye transformed into Sailor Mars, and James sighed. "Anyways, I think they need more than just the Love Star." "I know," Sailor Moon replied. "The Silver Crystal." * * * Lord Perro was shocked when a figure appeared behind him. He heard the noise, like a poof, and nearly dropped the Love Star. "What do you want?" he asked, assuming it was Katarina. "Not much," said a rough voice not at all like Katarina's. Lord Perro turned around, and made eye contact with the stranger. The stranger was definitely male, and was tall, with blue eyes, and brown hair reaching down to the small of his back. Lord Perro noticed that it was some-what curly. "How did you find me, and what kind of sissy-boy are you?" "First, that's my little secret, and second, I'm not." The two men stared coldly at each other. "What is your name?" Lord Perro asked, breaking the long and awkward silence. "I'd tell you," replied the stranger, "but then I'd have to kill you. And I don't want to do that. At least not yet." Lord Perro raised his eyebrows. "You are arrogant. I like that in a man. How would you like to serve me for when I take over the world?" "A world full of --" "Hatred. Demise. Death and destruction!" "Thanks, but no thanks." "Such a pity. Oh well, I guess you can just die then!" Lord Perro sent a beam of flaming energy toward the stranger, who dodged effortlessly. "Sorry to run, but I'm late for an appointment." The stranger disappeared. Lord Perro then remembered something: he had seen that man before! But where? "Oh yeah," Lord Perro muttered. "The Negaverse." Lord Perro and Katarina had been in line to take Malachite's place, but Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts had defeated Queen Beryl and Empress Metallia. After that, Lord Perro (then Commander Perro) and Commander Katarina fled to Earth, and led a normal life. They were then sent to the future, by some unknown force, and they were completely aware of everything that had happened. They then went back to their evil ways, and tried to take over Crystal Tokyo, which was minus a Darien and Reeny. Queen Serena and her Sailor Soldiers used the power of the Silver Empyrean Crystal to send them into a void, but something went wrong. They were sent back in time, to our present. "Nephlite, you old bastard." Lord Perro grinned. He just wished he knew WHY Nephlite had turned good. The other question Lord Perro had was "Isn't he dead?" * * * Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury were distressed. They did not know where Sailors Jupiter and Venus had been taken to, or why. All they knew was that they were at a serious disadvantage. The Love Star was in the possession of their enemies, and they did not know how to fight them. "So," James said. "What now?" "We take back what is ours," Sailor Mars said. "And we do it fast." "Agreed," Sailor Mercury said. "Only one small problem," Tuxedo Angel said. "That hole we came through just sealed back up. There's no way out." "Yes there is," said a familiar rough voice. A figure slowly appeared before everyone else. It turned out to be Nephlite! "Nephlite!" Tuxedo Angel shouted. "How did you get here?!" "I knew you needed my help, so I asked and I received permission to come down here." Nephlite then pushed against the ceiling of the chamber, and it opened. "Ladies first," he said as Sailors Mars, Mercury, and Moon climbed out of the rather small chamber. "Darien, how's Molly?" "She's gonna be fine." Nephlite smiled. Tuxedo Angel jumped up, and Nephlite followed. "So," Sailor Moon said. "Where to now?" "I don't know where they are, but I know who you're dealing with. We used to be on the same team. I feel I should warn you, this is not going to be easy." "Is it ever?" Sailor Mars asked rhetorically. They began walking down the hallway, and noticed that it looked extremely like where they first entered. "Um," Tuxedo Angel said. "Anyone else getting a feeling of Deja Vu?" A figure appeared behind them. No one noticed, except for Sailor Mars, who immediately picked up on the bad vibes. She quickly turned around, and saw Katarina. "You!" "Yes, me." The rest of the heroes turned around. Sailor Moon reacted on impulse (no, she did not cry). "Moon Scepter Elimination!" The blast was easily dodged by Katarina, who laughed in amusement. "You are so pathetic. Why don't you just hand over your little crystal, and save me about 30 seconds of my time?" Sailor Mars was the one to answer that. "Mars Celestial Fire Surround!!" Katarina was not successful in dodging this attack. She was wounded, but not by a great deal. Still, it slowed her down. Tuxedo Angel threw a rose at Katarina, and slowed her down even more. Nephlite then threw a blue ball of energy (he still had his powers). It hit it's target, and made her fall. Katarina looked up through the blood that was over her eyes. She struggled to speak, as she was greatly weakened now. "Traitor..." She tried to get back up, to fight, but to no avail. Sailor Moon ended her misery with another attack from the Silver Crystal. Katarina faded into nothingness. "Well," Sailor Mars said. "What happens now?" * * * Sailors Jupiter and Venus were released from the force that held them in place. They were in a small room that contained a putrid odor. They had been placed there by Katarina to try to make them follow her evil ways. Of course, they had refused. "Thank Goodness!" Sailor Venus shouted. "Jupiter Thunder Crash Zap!" A large chunk of wall was destroyed, and the two Sailor ran out of the room. Much to their surprise, the rest of the team was on the other side. "Sailor Moon!" Jupiter shouted. "Oh my Gosh!" There was a brief reunion. "Oh yeah," Sailor Moon said. "We're not Sailor Scouts anymore." "What?!" Sailors Jupiter and Venus asked in shock. "We're Sailor Soldiers." The others did not ask any more questions. They were just glad to be together again. Then, Sailor Jupiter noticed three people that she did not expect to see. "Uhh, what's Darien, Nephlite, and the hunk doing here?" "I'm hurt," Darien said with a slight smile. "Any way, we're here to help. And the 'hunk' is James Bond." "Wow. He looks --" "We know, we know," Sailors Mars, Venus, Mercury, Moon, and Tuxedo Angel said in unison. Sailor Jupiter sighed. "Did I miss something?" James asked. * * * Lord Perro looked at the Love Star. He held it tightly in his hand as he closed his eyes tightly. The tie between Katarina and he had been severed. Only one thing could have ever done that. "Noooooo!!!" he shouted in a rage. He opened his eyes. They were now red all over. "Revenge will be mine!" Trial by Fire All of the Sailor Soldiers, along with their three companions, walked down the seemingly never-ending hallway. They wanted to find Katarina's commander, and get the Love Star back. The way they saw it, it was do or die time. They couldn't shake the feeling that it was going to be die time. Of course, that did not bother Nephlite much, nor did it Tuxedo Angel; they were already dead. "Man," James said. "This hall goes on forever." This statement was made openly, and was not answered. Everyone just kept walking. * * * Lord Perro took a deep breath. He exhaled slowly, and his rage was evident in his breath. It had little sparks of fire in it, and he nearly caught his personal quarters on fire! "I must not forget the mission." A large, ominous figure appeared behind Lord Perro. "You are wise to remember that," the shadowy figure said in a low voice. "You must destroy all of the love that is in the world. It is a sick emotion experienced by the humans, making them full of flaws. Your mission --" "Is to create a flawless society. One that feels only hatred." "Yes. You must not act out of haste because of Katarina's death. The mission must be completed at all costs, and haste often leads to failure. Katarina found this out the hard way." The shadowy figure disappeared. Lord Perro looked at the Love Star one more time, and wondered if he was doing what really needed to be done. * * * The Sailor Soldiers and company suddenly stopped at the sound of gas being sprayed from a canister. At least, that is what it sounded like. Sailor Mercury used her computer to analyze the sound. "Uh-oh." Lord Perro appeared before anyone could ask by what she meant by uh-oh. "Hello there," he said in a voice that was almost too cheery. "What do you want?" James asked. "Perhaps we can negotiate." Lord Perro waved his right hand, and James started to gasp for air. "No, we can't." Lord Perro looked at the Sailor Soldiers. "So, you all found each other. I hope you liked your reunion." Lord Perro attack Sailor Moon, and James was released from Lord Perro's "grasp". The only person to react to Lord Perro's attack was James, who was quite steamed. He threw his door decoder in front of the flying flame, and the flame consumed it, then disappeared. It never reached Sailor Moon, who was just staring blankly. "That's it!" Sailor Jupiter shouted. "Jupiter Thundercrash Zap!" Lord Perro was taken completely by surprise. He was knocked flat to his butt! "Mars Celestial Fire Surround!" Lord Perro was hit yet again, and weakened greatly. "Now Sailor Moon!" "Moon Scepter Elimination!" The blast hit Lord Perro, and he flew into a wall. He looked up at the Sailor Soldiers. He then realized that he was going to see Katarina again, and he realized how much love was needed. He realized the stupidity of the mission he had been sent on. "Thank you..." He faded away, slowly, until nothing was left, except a few sparkles. Suddenly, the whole place started to shake. "We're not done yet!" Tuxedo Angel shouted. "Everybody, get in a circle!" Sailor Mercury. They all did, and the Sailor Soldiers used their powers to teleport everyone out of the place right before it collapsed. Of course, they needed only to get themselves and James out. Tuxedo Angel and Nephlite teleported themselves out. * * * Serena awoke to the sound of her alarm clock. She did not like having to go back to school. She was still tired from her adventure. She forced herself to get up anyway, and get ready for school. "Bye, Mom!" she yelled as she ran out of the house. Then it hit her, she was not running late. "Oh my Gosh," she said, not believing it herself. She then slowed to a walking pace, and continued on her way. She couldn't explain it, but she felt more mature somehow. Serena continued walking, until she bumped into someone. "Ow!" she exclaimed. She saw the person she bumped into turn around. It was Darien. "Oh, hi there, meat-ball head." "Darien, what are you...?" "I'm here because I want to be with you," he said, not surprised that she had not yet noticed one small difference. "Wait a minute, I bumped into YOU! That means..." "Yep. I'm back," he said with a smile. "I did such a good deed, in helping you and all, that the Big Guy let me choose anything I wanted. I chose to come back here as a human being." "Oh, Darien!" she exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around her love. "But, what about Nephlite?" "He got to come back, too. He's already been to Molly's, and their having a chocolate parfait right now." Serena smiled. "Come on, muffin." The two love-birds walked to school together, hand in hand. They were happy, and they felt like the whole world was revolving around them. * * * The dark figure stood facing a small, round object. It had the image of a blond haired girl with a funny hair-do and a man walking down a street. "They are stronger than I thought. Better leave them alone for now." He continued watching them, half in awe of them, and half in anger because of them. * * * James arrived at MI6 headquarters, and was congratulated on a job well done. He received a tongue lashing from Q, who was tired of his inventions getting blown up all the time. Other than that, everyone was happy. The End...? ----------------- Disclaimer!!! Sailor Moon is not mine, nor do I claim it to be. It and other characters belong to Takeuchi Naoko, Toei animation, and other companies. James Bond was created by the great novelist, Ian Fleming (sp?) Other companies probably have dibs on him too, but I don't. I wish I did, though. I'd be filthy stinking rich now! Oh well, 2 out of 3 isn't bad :)
